Stage 2 & Stage 3 Dwelling construction is in full swing with many homes already at frame stage and several with their roofs nearing completion.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in June.
Stage 4 Settlements occurred in late July and several home builders have already mobilised on site. Dwelling construction is expected to ramp up over the coming months. Street tree planting has also commenced.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in July.
Stage 5 Asphalt works are underway and scheduled for completion during August. Top soiling has commenced and preparations are currently being made for service authority inspections.
Anticipated Title Date: October 2024.
Stage 6 Detailed engineering designs have recently been approved by Hume City Council. Civil construction works have been tendered and discussions regarding construction commencement are currently underway.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2025.
