Stage 2 & Stage 3 Dwelling construction is ramping up with more than 60 homes under construction across Stages 2 & 3.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in June.
Stage 4 Ten dwellings are under construction with several at the frame stage and one already has its roof completed.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in July.
Stage 5A Statement of compliance has been achieved, title registration has occurred, and settlements are due on 8 November.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in October.
Stage 6 Initial earthworks are complete and sewer and drainage are now in full swing.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2025.
