Stage 2 & Stage 3 Dwelling construction is is in full swing with more than 100 homes under construction across Stages 2 & 3. The childcare centre in Stage 3 has also commenced construction.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in June.
Stage 4 Twenty five dwellings are under construction with several already at lockup stage.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in July.
Stage 5A Settlements are underway and dwelling construction should commence in early 2025.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in October.
Stage 6 Sewer and drainage are continuing, road boxing is underway and pavement sub-grade has commenced.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2025.
