Stage 3 Construction of the Stage 3 childcare is progressing well, with completion expected in late 2025.
Title Date: Completed in June 2024.
Stage 4 Approximately 40 dwellings are under construction with several recently achieving certificate of occupancy status.
Title Date: Completed in July 2024.
Stage 5A Home building has commenced with several dwellings now underway.
Title Date: Completed in October 2024.
Stage 6 Gas and water reticulation are ongoing. Kerb is underway and asphalt has also commenced.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2025.
