Stage 2 Several dwellings have achieved Certificate of Occupancy and the first residents have moved in.

Stage 3 Construction of the Stage 3 childcare is progressing well, with completion expected in late 2025.

Stage 4 Housing construction is in full swing with the first residents expected to move in during the next couple of months.

Stage 5A Dwelling construction is expected to commence in early 2025.

Stage 6 Sewer and drainage are nearing completion. Gas and water reticulation has commenced.
