Stage 2 & Stage 3 Dwelling construction is continuing with several homes now at the lockup stage.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in June.
Stage 4 Building works are underway with several slabs already complete and some homes already at frame stage.
Anticipated Title Date: Completed in July.
Stage 5 Construction works are complete and authority inspections have occurred. Final documentation has been submitted to service authorities with statement of compliance expected by mid-October. Title registration and settlements are expected in November.
Anticipated Title Date: November 2024.
Stage 6 Construction has commenced with site establishment and initial earthworks underway. Sewer and drainage will also commence during October.
Anticipated Title Date: 3rd Quarter 2025.
